What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, candles and incense cannot be returned once opened.
